TRUCKS REQUIRING SPECIAL FITMENT ACCESSORIES INCLUDE:

• Chevy and GMC Full Size Trucks: GM has modified the rear stake pockets for 2014 and later full size Chevy and GMC pickups. This change requires a special insert box to mount this rack - both regular and wide models. Insert boxes are available at checkout for these models.
• Chevy and GMC Colorado & Canyon Trucks: GM has modified the rear stake pockets for 2015 and later Colorado and Canyon pickups. This change requires a special insert box to mount this rack - both regular and wide models. Special insert boxes are available at checkout for these models.
• Toyota Tundra 2006 and earlier models require a special stake pocket insert.  Be sure to include it at checkout.

  • Model 1: Regular cab (up to 24”) - short bed
  • Model 2: Tall cab (over 24”) - short bed

• Extra Wide Configuration (Square Legs With 72+ Inch Width):
  • Model 5: Extra wide Regular Cab (up to 24”) - short bed
  • Model 7: Extra wide Regular Cab (up to 24”) - long bed
  • Model 8: Extra wide Tall Cab (OVER 24”) - long bed

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated carbon steel racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Ships within 3-4 weeks of order placement, sometimes less (these are custom made to order)
• Shipping weight is 65-85 lbs, depending on model
• If you have a deadline for receiving your rack, please contact us so we can confirm your need-by date can be met
