• SERIES 1 FEATURES:
  • Includes two racks: one front and one rear
  • Extruded aluminum 20 X 30 MM rectangular crossbar has the same exterior dimensions as the standard Thule crossbar and works with other sports accessory brands such as Malone that have universal fittings
  • 60” long crossbars are standard (longer lengths are available upon request)
  • Base distance from crossbar to crossbar is about 40”
  • Carries up to 300 lbs of distributed load
  • All threaded parts are stainless steel
  • Shipping weight is about 53 lbs
• SERIES 2 FEATURES:
  • Includes two racks: one front and one rear
  • 1.6" X 3.25" flat oval  extruded aluminum crossbar for streamlined airflow
  • Reinforced internal structure includes a fir spar that stiffens and strengthens the crossbar
  • Crossbars load easily and have a broad flat upper surface that gently supports cargo loads
  • Includes cargo bumpers near the end of each crossbar to prevent your cargo from sliding off the end
  • Distance between the cargo bumpers is over 48”, so standard size sheet material such as plywood can be easily carried
  • Base distance from crossbar to crossbar is about 40”
  • Carries up to 400 lbs of distributed load
  • Shipping weight is about 61 lbs

LEGS, BASES AND CLAMP RAIL OPTIONS:

• Model 1: Black powder-coated carbon steel legs, bases and clamp rails

REGARDING TONNEAU COVERS AND THIS RACK: There is a good chance that you will not be able to use your Ridgerack and your Tonneau cover at the same time because they both need to occupy the same space for mounting. This is one reason the rack is designed to mount and dismount in about five minutes. Many Tonneau covers take about the same amount of time. So, you can change from Ridgerack to Tonneau, or back, in around ten minutes. Please take a good look at the photos to see where the Ridgerack attaches to your bed

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
