     WARRANTY INFORMATION:

    • Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
    • All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
    • Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

    RETURN POLICY:

    • If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
    • If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
    • If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
    • If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
    • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

    1. Solid bed rack for the ridgeline star rating

      The aftermarket for ridgeline is limited so I was glad to find a bed rack that required no drilling into the truck bed. The material is of good quality, all the parts were included in correct number, the weld seams are good and the powder coating (black version) is decent but I suspect it will show some wear in places that experience friction. The track fit for the bed rails is excellent and once installed, the rack is very solid with no movement even under load.
      The kit even included a trux bit size 50 for removal of ridgeline tie downs which was a nice touch, the user will need to supply a 3/8 socket wrench for use. You will need a wrench or a socket wrench to install some of the nuts, the rest of the bolts can be installed with the supplied Allen key.Some parts have issues with fit. One of the leg caps needed filing to fit into the end of the leg, easily done with a flat metal file, and the front spanner holes needed elongating to make them align and accept the security clip. A round metal file may work for this, I used a drill press with a titanium bit and a metal file to remove the burr and it worked fine. The instructions are sparse but clear enough since there is only one way to make the parts fit together.
      I use the rack for SUP surf boards and transporting longer items and the rack works well for this. The cabin roof clearance is good but not too tall and the truck still fits in the garage. Overall, this is a good rack for what I use it for and it works well with visual lines of the truck.

    2. Great product - packing could be better star rating

      I love the rack. It fits perfectly and is pretty easy to install.

      One problem with it is the packing - not too smart - too much plastic tightly wrapped around every single part - it took me longer to unpack all the parts than to actually install the rack.

      The other problem is that it does not come with the appropriate Allen key nor a torque wrench... I understand that these are tools most people have, but I didn't, so it would be nice to either include the necessary tools or give the customer some warning about that. It should say somewhere what are the exact tools you need to install this.

      Other than that, the product looks and feels great!
