GALLEON ALUMINUM OVERHEAD STAKE POCKET TRUCK LADDER RACK FEATURES:

• Proudly made in the USA
• Mounts in the stake pockets of the trucks bedrails WITHOUT DRILLING
• 3 1/4" x 1 5/8" oval crossbars over the bed contain reinforcing ribs and a fir spar for greater strength
• Design allows for smoother air flow around the crossbars and legs
• 8 different eyelet mooring points for securing cargo with ropes or straps
• TONNEAU COVER FITMENT NOTES:
  • Standard Models:
    • Work only with ROLL-UP tonneau covers (i.e. Access) that DO NOT COVER THE STAKE POCKET HOLES
    • These models have angled legs
    • Carries up to 500 lbs. spread across the width of each crossbar and shared evenly between the three crossbars
  • Extra-Wide Models:
    • Work only with a Bak-Flip or other SECTIONAL tonneau cover that folds up
    • These models have straight legs
    • The top of this model is about 6 inches wider than the standard size rack
    • The geometry of the extra wide rack reduces the load rating to 350 lbs. spread across the width of each crossbar and shared evenly between the three crossbars
• Rack mounts or removes in less than 10 minutes after initial assembly:
  • Place inserts into truck stake pockets
  • Install bases and tighten draw bolts
  • Mount remainder of rack

• Rack is recommended for SHORT BED TRUCKS that need some additional length over the cab to carry long cargo

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
